Cookies
Cookies are used on this site to the user ID in the forum and used to customise the display of information in the Species list and growth data. This means if you select Metric as the Default Units when you registered all values will show up using metric units. This is still being added to all of the pages.
Having cookies enabled on your computer also allows you to automatically log in to the Forum and the information entry pages.

Popups
Popups are used on this site to display help information on pages that have a Question mark button. An example is the Color code:   Some popup blockers will block these windows.

JavaScript
JavaScript is used in a number of places such as email addresses and list boxes and should be turned on in your browser.

Java and ActiveX
This site does not currently use any Java or ActiveX controls. We will try and not use anything that will slow down the site.
