Johnbonsai,
It's kind of difficult to tell much about the bamboo. Is it a small growing bamboo, perhaps growing in a pot and flowing down over the pot. Doesn't look like it, but perhaps trimmed to get this look?

Could it be a type of Pogonatherum?
Looks similar in style to my 18" not so tall Pogonatherum Paniceum Variegata.

Ha that's funny. I did a goggle image search on Pogonatherum Paniceum Variegata and the first two photos that comes up is my photos that I sent to the contest at Bambooheadquarters last year! Kind of slim pickings.
Well I am back at square one because there is nothing but my photo of it, no info.
Kind of funny, I went looking for some damn good reliable information and instead I get Myself as the expert!

I kept trying to remember the proper name, I always called it pogy grass and knew that term was incorrect.

I think here in Bamboo ID, I had a thread about a very similar looking plant that a friend photoed in either Thailand or Vietnam - never figured out what it was but you can search and find those photos as well, these were in planters.

Mine was not growing to well, so I moved it last week to a wetter area in dappled light. Not sure if that will help it. Hard to find info on this, I think it likes boggy areas? I am having to experiment.

Mike, that is one very nice looking walkway.
I wish I could grow the tree ferns. They just don't like it here at all. Every one I have tried, died within a year.
