Does anyone know of such a book or a good web site on the subject?

Hi , there isn't many-

Bamboos of Nepal- Chris Stapleton
Bamboos of Bhutan- Chris Stapleton
Gardening on the edge- Mike Bell ( one chapter on new Bamboo)

Not sure how easy they are to obtain though.
