Indocalamus tessellatus
Phyllostachys aureosulcata 'Spectabilis'
Semiarundinaria okuboi
Southern Indiana.

The legal issues that will arise when the undead walk the earth are legion, and addressing them all is well beyond what could reasonably be accomplished in this brief Essay. Indeed, a complete treatment of the tax issues alone would require several volumes.

moso shoots are a little bigger than last year. I guess it does fine in zone 6 since the first year culms didin't get completely defoliated. These grow about 2 inches a day. http://www.flickr.com/photos/31489820@N02/3507448253/
