Rufledt, it is a tropical, and Does not handle cold. Also more seeds than not are not good...sorry. interested in any running boo?

I read somewhere that bambusa multiplex makes a decent indoor plant, which is more what I was going for. I was thinking of going with that or pseudosasa japonica once I get my multi-purpose planter dealy built, but I figured if I could score some seeds (and not like the "nigra" mystery seeds I got) it would be more exciting. On the other hand, I'm always interested in runners :D

Update...third year going to seed and the old girl gave out!.....but she did leave me two new babies this year!! Last year's little ones are about three feet tall now, but not showing any variation in culm....just green
