A saltwater pre-soak or blanching before cooking in an omelet is supposed to
remove off flavors.

Latest info' on Chunye (Xiang Chun), have you harvested a crop?
Mine survived their first Summer/Winter in Texas and are just now are
reaching 1Ft. in height.

won't grow here. Neither will that Eucalyptus in the

I'm surprised no one noticed the "grass" is Nut Sedge.
That might give a treatment option since there are
sedge specific herbicides like Image the shouldn't hurt
the "True Grass" (Bamboo).

Mystery Solved!

The grower fessed up they mixed up B. multiplex with textilis.
They say they will send a replacement. If they're not forth-
coming I'll let you guys know.
