Re: What to do?
Well my wife let me move it to another room with a much taller ceiling, but I'm thinking that when it gets to big for its current pot that I will split it and try half outside and see how it does. Thanks for the info Boonut!

Re: What to do?
I had it in the ground from March to about October then I decided to make it a house plant because it was all brown and sickly looking. Within a month it came back to life. I've read on this forum about someone in S.F. that has one outside and its been struggling since they planted it. Unfortunately...

What to do?
Have a question, I have a Lako in the house and its first new shoot is 21inches away from the ceiling. If it doesn't stop growing and hits the ceiling what should I do? Top it off? Let it keep going? What will happen to it? http://img.tapatalk.com/d/12/12/02/yqatu4y6.jpg Sent from my VS910 4G using ...

Re: California, Central Coast (Zone 9b : 25F to 30F) Bamboo?
Yes it was, I checked my zone again on the 2012 map and it said I was in zone 9b. I already have to protect my mango and avocado tree from the cold, maybe I could try a lako?
