Yes this will be a first for me since I've only spent my experience with bamboo propagating it. I think I've read that seeds are ready in about two months after flowering is that correct?

After showing my girlfriend what flowering bamboo looks like she pointed out that mine is also flowering. I showed her a few weeks ago that my veridiglaucecens was flowering . I will try to post pictures of it tomorrow. And of course if I can figure out how to get seeds people are welcome to them.

Funny thing is I was thinking about downsizing and it was going to be one of the plants I would probably get rid of because I have 25 species on a small piece of land which is about a third of an acre.
