A few translations

Post by needmore »

Perhaps Cedric/someone can create a 'sticky' post with a few French-English translations? I know a few words only from visiting the French forum but translations for plant parts - shoot, culms, leaves, rhizomes, flowers, divisions, potted plants, - such as this, also weather as well? Cold, winter, snow, raine, hardiness, top kill, drought, things such as this?

Yes, I know, that is why I think a sticky with some translations will make it easier for folks like me to read along, rather than have them buried in a post.

Sorry John, didn't mean to cause you to edit your post, a sticky as I understand them, puts the post at the top of the list of posts and keeps it there, it is an option one can use to 'pin' a post, I've never used one but will try to cut & paste some of the translations - yours was a good list, I just hadn't taken time to post it yet, sorry about that.
