Save invasive species status to really threatening plants honestly I have seen Ulmus pumila Siberian elm, and Salt Cedar do more damage than I could ever imagine bamboo doing here in Utah.

If it smells like Fargesia rufa I would stay away from it....Incense Bamboo might be nice

I just gathered some tree peony seeds yesterday will plant them soon. Any tips Steve?

not sure what happened the mantis was partially eaten by the grasshoppers it died after 2 days

Went outside yesterday and found me another female and put it in a bottle with some grasshoppers.

Thanks for the tip I doubt I will see her again but I will definitely do it if I find any more.

I hope she lays her eggs where her offspring will help me get the grasshopper population under control.
