Well, I read somewhere to cut it, so I did. Haven't noticed any more blooming.

Black (Phy. Nigra) Bamboo blooming, what to do?
I noticed one frost damaged culm is blooming in my roughly 40'x40' grove of nigra. Should I cut it out?
