IMG_7102.jpg Dear "Dependable" I think you are right about the wet feet and/or foot rot. It still very wet soil after drying out for three days... It had some black spots looking like transport damages getting old. But after i stoped watering they have dried out and became almost white/ye...

The new leaf stem base gets brown/black and constricted and cannet let waqter and nutrients reach the new opened leafs...

See pictures new shoots stem base is brown and shrunken...

New root shoots from the soil is also weak and fall over.

Can any body help me?
