Re: New website changes

Any input on whether the Bamboo Photos section will be restored? If not what happens to all the existing photos? Can they be transferred to the ABS site? Rgds Fred

I think Chris Stapleton is in charge of bamboo names for the ABS. His email is chris_stapleton@onetel.com. Rgds

Re: Bamboo: Pest identification

Send photos to bamboo nurseries near you. They are helpful and can best identify the problem and determine what you can do to rid the problem. Rgds

Re: New website changes

Thanks for the info. One flaw in the photo site is the inability to correct errors. I have screwed up a few times but was unable to make a correction.
Thanks for all your work over the years on the bambooweb website. Rgds Fred

New website changes

Just noticed the change in the website. Looks good but looks like the photo entry site has been zapped.

30 minutes of water: daily? 30 minutes for one day for one plant is too much. RGds

Re: Seeds available

History - Chusquea lliama flowered for the 2nd time in July timeframe. Tried to germinate seeds thru September and gave up and dumped all seeds in an area around dying clump. Watered area once a week, no other attempt to produce germination. Found 3 seedlings today. RGds
