Hey Mackel, thanks for your feedback. I went and dug two LARGE divisions of the henon today from a large grove here near my house and I'm excited to see how this works. Next I may go with some large divisions of the dulcis as a compromise for the vivax

I went by the Bamboo Forrest in Prattville on my way home from Florida today. It was an impressive sight to see the massive henon, viridis, and bambusoides growing along the hills there. Huge is the only word to describe the Henon and Robert Young. The only thing that really bothered me about it was...

Thanks for the response. I have to admit that I am torn between the vivax and henon. I guess it's a contest to see which species can grow the largest in the least real estate. So I will ask all the bamboo afficianados out there to cast their knowledge and vote lol
