I have changed some things about the shooting date table which became too large.
Does any of you have an idea about better option I could use? It's still work in progress.

I think there was a post here about adding symbols and including another axis to follow average temperature. Looks like it got deleted in the process before my answer.
Well, adding more species (or even cultivars) to the same chart would make the whole thing bloated despite adding symbols instead of Bamboo names. It is hard to keep it organized when amount of data goes up.
About the average temperature - could be done. I'll try to find temperatures of soil and air during shooting months and if I do find them, I'll see if it shows any correlation with the shooting date. Something like soil shooting triggering soil temperature could become apparent. I do not have my own temperature readings, but our meteorologists do.
