Tropical Bamboo says that they imported it a few years ago, so they may be the only ones in the United States that have it. I would recommend contacting them to get a status update:

When they are out of stock of a plant I want, I have found that it is a good idea to check their website often. When a rare plant becomes available, it may be listed for only a short time before all the available ones are sold. You may have a small purchase window.

Thanks, I've already contacted them about it. I found a local source here in California, but they're not ready to sell yet. If it's as cold hardy as suggested it will be the biggest/hardiest clumper I know of.
