Site Shutdown for update.

Post by bambooweb »

Sometime on Friday of this weekend I am going to update the forum software so I will have to shut down the site for a while. I think it "should" take less than an hour but since there were over 10,000 lines in the update file so I might have missed something.

So if the site is down check back an hour later and hopefully it will be up.

If something is not working right after the site is back up please email me so I can get it fixed as soon as possible.

Thanks,
Bill

It should give me an opportunity to watch crouching tiger hidden dragon. It begs to be watched, yet I decline.

The login process has changed so email me at bamboo@hollenback.com if you have any problems.

I had problems with one installation of IE v7. I had to delete the bambooweb.info cookie before I could log in. On another computer it worked fine.

I had to log in using Firefox, but my name and password were already filled in so I just clicked OK and told the browser to remember me.

Do we all get a plants button in the future? I'm pretty sure mine won't say Arundinaria gigantea 'Macon'.

How about columns for short notes and shooting dates on the plants button page?

Plants Buttons? Buttons? Do I miss some things here in Safari 1.0.3? "I dont gots to see no steenkin buttons" paraphrasing treasured Sierra Madre lines.

Gunnar
At the bottom of my posts you should see a row of buttons with the regular phpbb buttons for "profile", "pm", "email", and "www". I am working on the code for members plant lists and I have a button for "PLANTS" to view the list. When I get done, everyone can turn on their plant list and enter their plants in the profile setup.
