appalachiana divisions ready by fall

Post by bamboothew »

This may be a lame offer since it grows pretty commonly in my area, but perhaps there are people out there who really want some of this :) I have several 1 gal divisions of Arundinaria appalachiana that are already stabilized but I want to let them continue to establish until fall. Could even wait until next spring if you have a problem with fall shipping. I want to trade for bamboos. The following are possibilities for trade that come to mind:

--any Pseudosasa besides japonica cultivars
--any Sasa
--any Indocalamus
--any clumper (besides Rufa) that is reported to possibly be useful in hotter climates that will survive zone 7b winters
--any Semiarundinaria besides yashadake kimmei
--very short Phyllostachys such as bisseti dwarf or humilis
--any cultivar of Phy. nigra besides the "plain" nigra
--Hibanobambusa tranquillans 'Shiroshima'

if you are interested but have trade plants other than those listed just ask, you never know! I love bamboo!
God Bless,

Matthew
