After a very warm fall and nothing more than flurries for the last couple months, we finally got snow that stuck right today so I took a few pictures while the snow is still there.

Genesis 2:8 And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there He put the man whom He had formed.

We have temperatures around -5C in the morning and around -1C during the day. Everything is beginning to freeze, here's a photo of ice in the pond on our backyard.

And lovely but frozen Fargesia murielae.



Does this count as white Christmas? No real snow, but there's a lot of ice.

We have +8 and rain when it was promised -5 and snow... happy new year....
