That's why people need to grow their own bamboo and eat their own bamboo shoots. I think most of us had the feeling that those canned sliced boo shoots aren't real.

I am suspicious of that video! I did some searching on the web and the only things I could find used that video or pictures from that video.

Remember the news story about the Steamed Buns made with cardboard?

How about the fake eggs on the black market?

Next thing you know they'll be selling Lemon Meringue Pie made with no actual food whatsoever!

I suppose the only way to know is do what they did and see what happens. AND if its tasty.

I would be very reluctant to try it, the definition of edible on the internet doesn't really guarantee surviving eating it.

I also keep thinking about the video on how to make diamonds using a microwave and charcoal bricketts covered in peanut butter. :?
