Any ideas? This is in zone 7, and unfortunately the pic is from google maps. Thanks for the help.

You really can't ID bamboo like that. You need photos of new shoots when they are up a few inches. A few species can be ID'd by photos of the canes. A couple of species have unique forms and might possibly be ID'd by a distant photo but only something like Oldhamii or Ps japonica etc.

I'm inclined to suspect aurea because some of the nodes look close together on Google Maps.
