Nope, shoots are not aurea-like, culms are not aurea-like, internodes are not aurea-like, leaves are not aurea-like (at least mine had never had that dark green leaves)...
Everything we can see on the photos narrows down the choice to henonis.

I've never seen aurea with a diameter like that anyways. If it did id plant the stuff everywhere
also I think Longitude / latitude climate / light etc can make a difference in appearance.
