I dug up some clumps of bamboo that had been cut (zone 6b), and replanted. Based on the culms I thought it was bissettii, but the shoots don't match. Here are pics of two shoots.
The culms were approx. 25-30' tall, and no larger than 2" dia. Dark green; sulcus same.
The shoots are bright green with many thin, well-delineated purple stripes. They are also mottled with purple spots.
Any help with ID is appreciated.

Re: Mystery Bamboo
I'm going to stop by the grove today to see if there's anything left. If so I'll get some more pictures.
Re: Mystery Bamboo
I thought about mannii Decora. Just checked, mine has lots of purple but not nearly as much green.
I hope this one can be identified because I know the Op and he's close enough for easy trading.

Re: Mystery Bamboo
I stopped by the grove to get some pictures. Shoots look very different there than at my place. Probably because there they are in full sun; almost full shade at my place. Here are more pictures. Sorry that some are sideways. Seemed better to leave them that way for better detail. Click on pictures for better resolution.
Culms appear to be about 35-40' (not 25-30' like I thought before)
