Bought as unknown runner,its in a pot and only 3 to 4 feet tall ,some of the culms have a redish tone.I have some shots but have never posted photos before and dont see an atatchment button ,My guess is pleioblastus of some kind,but first a little help uploading the photos,thanks

You click on the picture entry on the main bambooweb.info homepage. From there you can upload bamboo image from your computer onto the biggest boo picture database on the internet.

Yeah, now that you mentioned it, I forgot to say that each image will have a tag by it such as

Nope, I do not know what it is. Some one more experienced should be able to narrow it down some.
