Is it normal to get random bicolor culms on bamboo sometimes? I've never seen it happen before. I mean I guess it must at some point for certain bamboos since we eventually have some bicolor species. But I didn't know if maybe it's more common and happens often in most or something. My dwarf Bissetii grew this one single bicolor culm. It looks awesome. It's getting a little blush red from the sun too. Is this something I could possibly try to cultivate and eventually have an entirely new species type? At the top it's more of a stripe. Looks pretty neat.
Not sure how long the google images will stay up. The links are insanely long. I need to find a new image site, I really hate the whole layout and how everything works on google images. Just haven't bothered to find another place yet.
