My uncle was inspired by my antics involving bamboo so he started to make some glass bamboo sculptures. They are clear clums that have frosted (etched) nodes with a few leaves at the top. We put them in a clear-glass bamboo-style vase. It looks quite lovely, something you might see in a bathroom sink commercial.

Can you post a picture of the sink as well, I may be interested in it...Brian, I'm home on the 30th for a fat week, shall we try to go Gigantea hunting south of us on the 7th or 8th?? Send me an email if interested, I want to see if we can locate some of the native stands.

My Bamboo List.

The legal issues that will arise when the undead walk the earth are legion, and addressing them all is well beyond what could reasonably be accomplished in this brief Essay. Indeed, a complete treatment of the tax issues alone would require several volumes.

In the letter that tells how to escrow the funds you will be offered a chance to increase your maximum bid.

Also I have another dozen plants to add tomorrow so I will extend the auction for the new plants till Oct 7 so people will have a chance to see the new plants. The existing plants will still end on the dates they have listed.

I will turn on the "News" feature of the auction and put this information there.

Bill
Thanks. Somehow I missed this :?:

Well, with new plants come new temptations. I am in so much trouble.

It's time to get those last minute bids into the auction. Internet bids end tomorrow for a lot of plants.

Rick,
16 bucks won't make a huge difference with the transmission bill. I pay shipping, and you'll get a nice plug of murielae that should fill out fast and outlive your wife's car by 80-100 years. :D

Cady,
I agree, but explaining that to my wife is another story. I would have loved to have a F.m. seedling start. There's always next year.

The DJ could of scratched me off a bit earlier. I was getting worried.
