There is a possible trade in the future with something in a quarantine greenhouse.

RE: Portland Bamboo Festival
Even though I'll probably be on O'ahu during the conference, I don't really have the kala to hele on over and attend the festivities so it was an idle threat on my part...I'll have to take a rain check on dinner.
As for the import plants, it will be about 4 years before I'll be able to divide any of them and by gadfree I'll have the Kwang well before then
But then again you do have about the only other species that I'm seeking, now don't you

Bill, all is well as I have confirmed that there is a Kwangsiensis tagged for me, to be shipped in a few weeks. All is well for ME at least as I'm not sure where this leaves YOU on the quaratine plants.

Brad,
Did you go whining to Uncle Ned to get your bamboo?
Seriously, I am glad you got one.
I put the Bash. q. on an automatic watering system yesterday so hopefully I will get a lot of rhizome growth.
Bill
PS You would have gotten the "Uncle Ned" reference if you were at the convention last year.

No, I spoke with Noah to ensure that the billing error was resolved and somehow the topic of the Kwangsiensis just came up [/quote]

Brad - stop salivating-you'll be getting yours in a few weeks. I have to wait a few months.
