They are Felco. I got the F-21 series. I had a couple coupons for Forestry Suppliers, so I got them for around $75.

They make a F-22 that has a longer handle, but I couldn't find them for under $130.
I found a really good lopper... it is the Corona bypass "super duty" lopper Model SL6500.... They are huge. I saw them for over $125 at several locations... but later picked them up for around $50. I just don't remember where I bought them.
Corona has the clippers for order on their website, but they don't have a picture of the clippers. I order my 13 inch pruning saw blades on-line directly from them.

I also have some Corona loppers, and they are decent, but they aren't even in the same league as the Felco. 8)

Phil Comer in Shelton was telling me about an impressive display of an anvil style pruner he saw at a trade show - I forget the brand, it was not Felco though. I would suggest sending him an email to ask and I intend to when I get a chance, he convinced me on them, I intend to get a pair to replce my underwhelming Felco pruners.
