I have been trying to contact people with AOL email addresses all weekend. Has AOL started its pay for delivery system?

Note that I can not send emails to them from either domain that I have.

I have found out some more on this.
In order to guarantee email delivery from this website I would have to apply, then if approved pay a charge for each email sent.
The application fee is $400. and the charge for each email is up to $.25 so I do not think I will be doing that.

Until AOL makes some changes would AOL members please stop watching threads so my email inbox stops filling up with "failure notice" returns. You might also try adding "bamboowe@bambooweb.info" to your friends list.

Yahoo is also working with AOL but has not started blocking email

I do have some gmail invites I could send out so that people could use that address instead of their aol one.
