activity picking up

Post by needmore »

Given that it is February and I'm seeing more users at a time online and more posts, I bet that April-June will see an explosion of new posts as shooting season for the temperates goes full swing.

Based on what I remember from the GW we have a plethora of excited "My (fill in the blank species) is shooting!!!!" to look forward to along with lots of pics. :o

We should really start to see the site grow leaps & bounds in that time window. Maybe we should ask people to post their shoot photos to the database on this site to build the shoot photo database up, instead of using photobucket or some other host - this site should work just as well unless you want your own album.

Yeah, I think this is fast becoming the best bamboo forum on the net. Not sure if I'll be around on the computer much in spring, but I'll post whatever pics I do capture this year at some moment in time and space.

Yes,

quite a few people know that the Gardenweb has turned into a Garbageweb. Brad, you had the right idea  jumping ship when you did  . Lance, your enthusiasm in this forum is really great

Let's keep this baby running smooth and have more people.
Thanks to Bill for getting this started.

One person that was posting quite a bit when alot of us jumped ship in Oct.'05 was meat. Hopefully, meat comes back during the shooting season and updates on us how the plants faired from transplanting.
