I don't have gopher issues so I have no hard feelings against them. I just have annoying squirrels. :P

Don't get me started on the acorns that sprout I the pots!

There are towns that have colonies of albino squirrels and laws against annoying them.

The legal issues that will arise when the undead walk the earth are legion, and addressing them all is well beyond what could reasonably be accomplished in this brief Essay. Indeed, a complete treatment of the tax issues alone would require several volumes.

I've had a running battle with gophers for years, tried all the traps,Victor, Macabee, and my succes was about 20 percent. I caught a few but more often than not I would end up with nothing but fur in the trap and a smarter gopher. After some lengthy research I came accross the website, (trapline products). They sell a trap called(no joke) the "Gophinator". These traps Work! They have a video about trapping gophers and moles, I havn't had much luck with the moles, but am now at 37 kills with 41 sets on the gophers. I'M WINNING! for now anyway. My wife calls me BWANA, I'm getting a Pith helmet.

What about planting stinging nettles around and in the bamboo? or would the fur protect them from being stung?
