Yeah around here we have rich river soil, that was clear cut for housing developments from the 1950s onward. Most groves are 30+ years old and quite mature with most under 3/4 to 1/2 acre in size. Whats funny is in most cases it ends up near the riverbanks of our freshwater streams just like native canebrake would.
