Last Call... Boonut Farm

Post by boonut »

Time to sell the Boonut Farm. It is getting harder and harder to work on the 21.43 acres. We have had a lot of fun with tropical bamboo and have a nice collection. If you are interested in buying a bamboo farm or purchasing (and digging) up some bamboo, let me know. We have never sold bamboo... but, we have given away quite a bit over the years to help others enjoy our fascination with bamboo. You can see more about the farm at http://www.boonut.com http://www.boonut.com

We are downsizing and getting ready for retirement.

!!! Boonut farm is for sale?! Oh man! I wish I wasn't a poor post-college student.

Someone's gotta realize this sweet deal and get down there! Could we auction off the farm through the forum? If I can pay in Tanzanian shillings, then I can start the bidding at 2 million Tsh.

Best of luck in retirement boonut! I have appreciated your photos and resources for many years!

Thanks Eastlandia! I am sure going to miss the farm... but, I would rather sell it than watch it slowly decline because I can't take care of it the way I used to. It has been an oasis for our family since our kids were small.

Allen,
Have you thought about putting an ad in BAMBOO magazine? I know the June issue is currently being held waiting on information from the socal chapter on this years conference. I wish I was closer.
