" Well since her first time here to harass us, we researched it, 2 weeks later dug a trench and put in an 80 ml plastic barrier. Since then she has filed a lawsuit against us, which she is not claiming damage what she wants from this law suit is it to be abated from MY yard, not her's because there is none. If you go on her Institute page and look at pics of her yard you can clearly see there is no growth in her yard at all. She has called the blight officer, the first selectman, the chief of police and a detective, and anyone she can to look at my yard. Know what they all said when they entered my backyard. " it looks like an oasis " I might add most of them commented that they liked it for their own yards. She has slandered my name all over the newspapers, trespassed by cutting my bamboo , literally reaching over fence and cutting it, and said she didn't but then admitted on paper to " only cutting a few ", sprayed all my trees with ?? vinegar we think cause she sent us documentation stating we could use vinegar . Pulled pickets off of my fence to look at take pics of my bamboo, grabbed my 12 year old by the arm and tried to drag her into her yard to educate her on bamboo, has taken neighborhood children into her yard, call's police constantly for no reason, last time was cause we had to replace the fence she destroyed by pulling off pickets and her husband when she put in a metal barrier, which she states I did, but did not, because it doesn't work, yet she's the one with such barrier. She told police last call we put dirt on her said property marker, what happened was the first fence post we removed dirt, of course, fell out onto ground and she was screaming police police help police. They came and literally told her to shut up , this is non sense and do not call us again. she drives by constantly to see if there is new growth, stood at fence line for 9 hours while workers put fence in harassing them the whole time, taking countless pics of them , their business truck ?? , my old fence in driveway, which she had to walk around the block to take pics of. This is a daily thing here. It is insane. Everyone in this town, officials included have had enough of her VENDETTA ! Which it is. When someone approach you to say your plant is " invasive " and you do the research , contain it, and maintain it clearly it's a vendetta. She can't get her way so she out of control. The law suit has been going on for 2 years, since she does not have an attorney and has told the judge she can not afford one, lie, she owns many many rental properties here and in Florida, and that no attorney will take her case. Well what does that tell you. She listens out back at night to our conversations for hours, creeping on us. It's pretty darn sick. I am here to vent, to gain fellow bamboo lowers and to stop the madness. FYI since the barrier there is absolutely no growth going to her said yard. Greetings, bambooed! I always knew the truth would be something like this and always thought we should reach out to you somehow. Glad you found us! Can't you get a Cease and Desist Order against her? And if so, you could bring that to any public meetings you could attend on the subject of bamboo. Maybe if officials began to recognize that she is just a nobody with a vendetta, they would be seeing things in the proper perspective.
