It's like a CNN news break.

Looks like some of the bamboo didn't break but got blown over. For me it's not much worry. Dead culms, up, down, buried, broken, doesn't matter much either way.

You mean not everyone gets up @ 2:00am and shakes the snow off?

I know my spelling/grammer is that of a 4 year olds, but they really need to clean up that page.

That's why I am going with vivax. Apparently, I like the totem pole look.

Duke: Mommy, is that a totem pole I see? I thought we were in iowa?

Mommy: Who ever thought you could grow totem poles in iowa?

Kurt,

Greg's vivax in Point Pleasant is unbelievable for N.J. He's in a nice protected spot over there with vivax over 30ft+. Truly amazing. A guy's gotta have hope. 8)

Greg is down in pt. pleasant isn't he?? I have been cutting my black walnuts down and putting bamboo in its place. If i had better protection i think i might try it but i think i might be wasting more energy on something that wont hold up.....doesn't mean i wont down the road. those are some nice pics though....
