I just acquired some seed for this plant apparently it can take years for it to get to flowering size. Anyhow anyone else out there have experience with this plant. most of the articles I have read say it can be a bit of a problem in that it can be invasive in milder climates.

Mine does well and seeds around, but it's welcome wherever it grows. Let me know if you want some corms as a trade.

On the land that I have been clearing I have hade some plants come up that looks like picture. How cold hardy are they? When I get back to the house I will try to get pics and post them.

Can anyone tell me when the seeds are ripe for picking? I have 4 or 5 that flowered this spring.
